As part of a series encouraging consumers to shop from small businesses, our product team is highlighting Canadian brands that offer plants and accessories for your home.

Did you know that plants have both psychological and physical health benefits? They are known to keep the air cleaner, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your focus and mood, and provide you with a sense of accomplishment.

Since April 13 was International Plant Appreciation Day, there’s no better time to pay some extra attention to your plant babies. If you’re looking to spruce up, repot, or add to your existing collection, here’s a list of budding local brands you’ll want to order from this spring.
