Family of foxes playing resembles a scene from a fairy tale

Ancaster, Ontario is nestled within the Niagara escarpment and full of wooded areas.

In many neighbourhoods it isn't uncommon to see deer, raccoons, or birds wander onto private property.

Case in point: Back in March, a gang of curious turkeys brought traffic to a standstill on an Ancaster street:

Check out the adorable scene in the video at the top. It was captured on May 9 by Weather Network viewer Elena Ostapenko and features four baby foxes playing in a backyard while their mama relaxes nearby.

ALSO IN ANIMALS:

Foxes typically breed near the end of December and their pups are born between March and May.
