Just like humans, there are a few steps that can be taken to make the summer heat more bearable for dogs, but the tips aren't 'one size fits all' - different breeds have different needs.
We spoke with an expert at Pampered Paws Inn in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia to learn more about how dogs react to the heat and how to help keep them comfortable.
