Hail, snow, across the Lower Mainland create a spectacle during daily 'cheer'

Wednesday, April 1st 2020, 12:31 pm - Wednesday night's routine 'cheer' for healthcare workers looked slightly different than usual across parts of the Lower Mainland.

For more than a week, the City of Vancouver and surrounding communities have been honouring healthcare workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic — from landmarks flashing lights and honking horns, to community members at home cheering from their windows.
