Little Bluff Conservation Area Short Term Forecast
Little Bluff Conservation Area's beach is located on the shores of Prince Edward Bay in Lake Ontario. The conservation area created in 1974 by the Prince Edward Region Conservation is 70-acre site. The remote cobblestone beach is located near Prince Edward point. Note that this beach is not monitored for water quality nor are there lifeguards. The beach is accessible via a pathway which runs down from the main road to the park lot as well as from a path from the parking lot. There are washrooms and picnic tables available near the beach. Located behind the beach is a wetland. Little Bluff beach actually serves as a barrier between the lake and the wetland. This is a great place to visit if you love birdwatching. There are 1.5 km of trails in the conservation area. There is a 20 metre high limestone bluff nearby if you are up for a hike. It offers stunning views of the bay.
