BEACH INFO: Golden Ears Provincial Park is a large provincial park located on the northern side of Maple Ridge and is on the shore of Alouette Lake where people can swim in the designated swimming areas or enjoy water activities such as boating canoeing windsurfing water-skiing and fishing. AMENITIES:The park has a sandy beach grassy areas with picnic spots and pit and flush toilets. The park is open from April to October and during the summer weekends people can rent pedal boats canoes or kayaks to go out onto the lake. There are 5 different trails for hiking and some trails designated for biking. There are three campgrounds located at Golden Ears Provincial Park: Alouette campground Gold Creek campground and North Beach campground that are all vehicle accessible. Showers with hot water are in the Gold Creek campground.
