WATER QUALITY HISTORY:This beach is monitored every two weeks from May to September.BEACH INFO:Established in 1971 this lakeside park with 350 metres of sandy beach and parking for over 200 vehicles is great for the whole family. Popular activities on this beach include swimming fishing canoeing cycling and waterskiing. The lake has a reputation as the warmest in all of Canada. Plenty of shade trees and picnic tables near the beach combined with a warm shallow swimming area make this a super beach for the kids.AMENITIES:The park has three cold water taps picnic areas flush (and pit) toilets and wheelchair access. Wood ticks are prevalent at this park during March ~ June so always exercise caution.
