Bowran Lake is a large lake used by both motorized and non-motorized craft. The lake itself is part of a large wilderness area on the western slopes of the Cariboo Mountain Range lying within the Bowran Lake Provincial Park. This park has a world-famous canoe circuit which circumvents many lakes within the area including Bowran Swan Spectacle Babcock Sandy Lanezi Isaac Indianpoint and Kibbee Lakes.This beach is not monitored nor do we have any data on it. While it may be safe to swim please check with your local authorities or watch for posted signs.
