Description


A prolonged period of snowfall will continue as a low pressure system stalls over the province.

Locations: Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin and Hudson Bay.

A further 5 to 10 cm of snow is forecast tonight. Light snow will continue over the region through Thursday before finally tapering off on Friday. Total accumulations will be in the 15 to 25 cm range.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
