DescriptionThis emergency advisory alert is being issued for the province of Saskatchewan. All travelers returning from outside of Canada are subject to a mandatory 14 day self isolation order. Violation of the order may result in a fine of 2000 dollars.

Strong winds that may cause damage are expected or occurring.
Strong northwesterly winds gusting up to 90 km/h developed overnight in areas of western and central Saskatchewan. These strong wind gusts will move southeastward through the morning.
Winds will gradually begin to taper off from west to east this afternoon and through the evening.

Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.
Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
