Wicked winds, snow could spell trouble for roads and power in Ontario

A cold front will sweep the province of Quebec today. Southwesterly winds of 70 to 80 kilometres per hour are possible late this afternoon and this evening which may produce similar impacts to that which were observed on Wednesday evening.
Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injuries or damage. The wind may also cause power outages and break tree branches.
