Summary

Higher than normal water levels and large waves are expected near the coast on 2021/01/17.

An intense low pressure system from the Eastern American seaboard will give strong winds over the areas listed below. The combination of these winds and the current run of mid-amplitude tidal ranges may produce minor breaking sea conditions along the coast near the following localities on the dates and at the times specified (Eastern Standard Time).


Forillon Park - Gaspé - Percé: 2021-01-17, from 02:30 AM to 06:30 AM.

New-Carlisle - Chandler: 2021-01-17, from 03:00 AM to 07:00 AM.

Sept-Îles - Port-Cartier: 2021-01-17, from 02:30 AM to 06:30 AM.
