Ontarians urged to wait out this dangerous blizzard at home
Heavy snowfall with blowing snow is expected.
Snowfall amounts near 15 centimetres are expected today.
The snow will be particularly heavy starting midday. Meanwhile, visibilities will be reduced to near zero in blowing snow and heavy snow. Moreover, northeasterly winds will gust up to 80 km/h. Conditions will improve gradually Monday evening.
Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow.
Winter storm warnings are issued when multiple types of severe winter weather are expected to occur together.
