Description


Significant rainfall is expected this weekend.

Hazards:
Total rainfall amounts of 15 to 30 mm.
Locally higher amounts in thunderstorms.

Timing:
Beginning after midnight and ending early Sunday morning.

Discussion:
Rain will begin after midnight and continue into early Sunday morning. The heaviest rain is expected to fall Saturday into Saturday night. Locally higher amounts are likely in thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening.

Impacts:
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
