Winter weather travel advisory in effect for tonight.
Locally heavy lake effect flurries will continue to impact travel across the region tonight.
Additional snowfall accumulations of 2 to 6 cm can be expected by Saturday morning as well as reduced visibilities in heavy snow and blowing snow at times.
Travel will likely be impacted and motorists are advised to exercise caution.
The flurries are forecast to come to an end by Saturday morning.
Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
