Winter weather travel advisory in effect for Monday.

Hazards:
Locally heavy snowfall and reduced visibility due to lake effect flurries.
Total snowfall accumulations of 5 to 10 cm.

Timing:
Monday through Monday night.

Discussion:
Lake effect flurries and snow squalls are forecast to begin early Monday morning. These flurries and snow squalls will continue through Monday afternoon before coming to an end Monday evening.

Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
