Significant snowfall expected beginning overnight on Monday.

Total snowfall: 15 to 30 cm.

Locations: Churchill Valley to Eagle River, and Cartwright to Hopedale.

Time span: Monday night through Tuesday night.

Remarks: Snow is expected to spread across central Labrador and parts of the Labrador coast on Monday night and persist through Tuesday night. Snow is likely to change through ice pellets and freezing to rain on Tuesday from Rigolet to Cartwright and over parts of Eagle River. The highest snowfall amounts are expected from Upper Lake Melville through Churchill Valley and from Hopedale to Postville - Makkovik where amounts may exceed 30 cm in some areas.
