Snow, strong winds, and blowing snow are expected.

Total snowfall: 15 to 20 cm.

Maximum wind gusts: northeasterly 70 km/h except 90 along parts of the coast.

Locations: Burin Peninsula.

Time span: continuing until overnight tonight.

Remarks: Snow is expected to continue tonight. Strong winds in conjunction with the fresh snowfall will cause poor visibilities in blowing snow. Conditions will improve gradually overnight as snowfall rates begin to ease.
