Update: This is a Manitoba Emergency Alert. Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure's Hydrologic Forecast Centre has issued a flood warning for the rivers and drains in the Parkland region draining off the Duck and Porcupine Mountains due to rapid increases in flow and water levels caused by melting snow at higher elevations. If you are in the affected area, continue to be watchful of local waterways as flooding is could still occur. Do not attempt to cross fast flowing waters or waters of unknown depth. Avoid flooded areas. Follow all directions by the local authorities. Listen for updates and take all necessary precautions to stay safe.
