
Humidity fuels another storm threat for Ontario, Quebec on Friday

DescriptionThis is a Manitoba Emergency Alert. Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure's Hydrologic Forecast Centre has issued a Flood Watch for Mossy River due to expected high flows and rapidly rising water levels. Heavy rains can lead to potentially dangerous situations including flash flooding and extreme overland flooding. If you are in the affected area, take immediate action to protect yourself and property. Do not attempt to cross fast flowing waters or waters of unknown depth. Avoid water bodies, valleys, low lying areas and flooded areas that are being affected. Move to higher ground if required. Follow directions by the local authorities. Listen for updates and take all necessary precautions to stay safe.
