Time span: continuing until Monday night or Tuesday morning.
Remarks: Rain, at times heavy, will taper off Monday night for regions west of Gander and Tuesday morning for regions to the east. Some regions will see a brief break in the rain overnight tonight before it begins again early Monday.
Significant snowmelt and runoff are likely to occur.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
