Total snowfall: 5 to 10 cm, except 10 to 20 cm over the higher terrain south of Notre Dame Bay.
Maximum wind gusts: northerly 70 km/h, except 90 along parts of the coast.

Time span: until this evening.

Remarks: Another period of accumulating snow is forecast to occur this afternoon and evening, before precipitation tapers to flurries and drizzle or freezing drizzle. Ice pellets may also mix with the snow this evening over some locations.
