A frontal system will bring snow and rain.
Timespan: Tuesday morning to Thursday morning.
Locations: Trans-Canada Highway - Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass, West Columbia, North Columbia, Kinbasket, and Yoho Park - Kootenay Park.
Remarks: Another frontal system will arrive Tuesday morning, bringing snow over Rogers Pass, Yoho Park - Kootenay Park, and higher terrain. Rain is expected for the townsites. Snow level is expected to rise to around 1600 to 1800 metres on Wednesday. This will be accompanied by heavy rainfall on Wednesday. There is potential for increased runoff due to snowmelt and heavy rain on Wednesday, increasing the risk of flooding.
