Muskingum River At Coshocton affecting Coshocton County.


.Most rivers and streams across the region are at or near action
stages from last week. These higher initial stages along with the
1.00 to 3.00 inches of rainfall forecast will cause dramatic rises
once again on area rivers and streams sufficient to cause flooding.
The Flood Watch continues for
The Monongahela River Near Charleroi
* from Sunday afternoon to Monday morning.
* At 11:00 AM Friday the stage was 17.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast...Flood stage may be reached by Sunday early afternoon.

Summary

Many locations received in excess of two inches of rainfall last
weekend. The ground has had little time to recover from this
amount of rain, and many locations are already saturated. Some
locations received between one and two inches of rain again on
Thursday, and another two to three inches of rainfall is possible
through Sunday afternoon. This means that flooding will continue
to be a possibility across the forecast area.
The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of western Maryland, east central Ohio, western
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

* Through Sunday evening

* New rainfall amounts between 1.5 and 3.0 inches will be
possible through the weekend.

* The ground is very saturated and water levels in local streams
remain high.
