Freezing Rain WarningIssued at 04:23 Sunday 26 March 2017
A low pressure system from the midwest will push a warm front towards Quebec today. An area of freezing rain associated with this system will start affecting the Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Outaouais regions this afternoon and push into parts of southwestern and central Quebec this evening. Between 2 to 10 millimetres of freezing rain can be expected before it changes over to rain overnight or Monday morning.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will become icy, slippery and hazardous. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays.
