Through Wednesday, Southern Quebec will see a significant warming trend along with significant rainfall amounts.

A warm front from the Central United States will move across the province over the next few days. Temperatures will gradually rise reaching more than 10 degrees on Wednesday.

Rainfall amounts between 20 and 30 millimetres are expected between this evening and Wednesday. The rain combined with the runoff from the melting of snow could cause localized flooding.

Visibilities may be reduced at times in fog especially on Tuesday night.

Further east, the area of freezing rain will continue to move toward the Gaspé Peninsula on Wednesday.
