Higher than normal water levels with large waves are expected near the coast.

Storm surge Warning

Warning of potential breaking sea conditions and overwash issued jointly by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (Science) and the Meteorological Service of Canada - Quebec region on 2017-01-24 at 03:30 PM EST.

An intense Colorado low pressure system will cause strong winds over the above mentioned regions. The strong winds could produce breaking sea conditions along the coast near theses localities, at the dates and on the times specified (Eastern standard time).

Forillon Park - Gaspé - Percé: 2017-01-25, from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm.

New-Carlisle - Chandler: 2017-01-25, from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm.
