Snowfall WarningIssued at 15:37 Saturday 18 November 2017
A major low pressure system will move into Western Quebec this evening. It will move eastwards and reach the Labrador Sunday evening. 15 to 25 centimetres of snow are expected over these regions as the system passes through. Later on, winds will veer to the northwest and will result in local blowing snow.
Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
