Storm surge warning

Coastal flood warning due to waves issued jointly by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (Science) and the Meteorological Service of Canada, Quebec region on 2017-12-11 at 09:00 EST.

An intense low pressure system approaching from the Great Lakes will cause strong winds over the indicated regions. These winds, combined with the current period of large tidal ranges, could produce waves causing coastal flooding in the surroundings of the following localities at the specified dates and times (Eastern Standard Time).

Sainte-Anne-des-Monts - Grande-Vallée: 2017-12-12, from 20:00 to 23:59.

Parc-Forillon - Gaspé - Percé: 2017-12-12, from 20:00 to 23:59.

New-Carlisle - Chandler: 2017-12-12, from 20:00 to 23:59.

Sept-Îles - Port-cartier: 2017-12-12, from 20:00 to 23:59.
