Snowfall WarningIssued at 11:08 Friday 28 April 2017
Snow continues today.
A further 5 to 10 cm of snow are expected before the snow finally comes to an end this evening.
Strong and gusty northerly winds will also whip up the freshly fallen snow, causing local blowing snow in exposed areas.
Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.
Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
