Rainy weather giving 15 to 25 mm total rainfall amounts tonight.
Periods of rain will affect much of southwestern Ontario tonight. The rain may occasionally fall heavily at times, although there may also be significant breaks in the precipitation from time to time as well. There is a risk of a thunderstorm in extreme southwestern Ontario.
In the winter when the ground is frozen, rainfall warning are issued when rainfall amounts in excess of 25 mm within 24 hours are expected. At this point, it appears that most areas will not exceed those values.
