Winter weather travel advisory
The fog advisory has been upgraded to a winter weather travel advisory. In addition to widespread fog, the presence of freezing drizzle as well as the likelihood of some freezing rain will make travel more hazardous tonight.
The precipitation should become more patchy later tonight. The widespread dense fog should begin to lift somewhat later Saturday morning.
Travellers should give themselves extra time if driving through Northeastern Ontario tonight into Saturday. Travellers should slow down and watch for tail lights ahead.
