Yet more thunderstorm activity, accompanied by pea-sized hail.
Today marks the third day of unsettled thundery weather across portions of Southern Ontario. Scattered thunderstorms will occur once again, but predominantly over Eastern Ontario. Many of these thunderstorms will once again contain pea-sized hail. And it may be abundant enough to partially cover the ground at times. The main concern is damage to tender crops and plants. Isolated wind gusts to 70 km/h are also possible.
The organized thunderstorm activity should move east of the area this evening.
