Freezing rain possible tonight.

A mix of ice pellets and snow is expected to arrive later this afternoon then persist tonight. It is quite possible that the precipitation may become mixed with or change over to freezing rain tonight.

Surfaces such as roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.

The freezing precipitation is expected to end Monday morning as temperatures are forecast to rise above the zero degree mark.

Freezing rain warnings may be issued as required later today or tonight as the event draws closer.
