Snowfall, with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected.
A low pressure system currently moving across Alberta is spreading an area of heavy snow into parts of northwestern Saskatchewan this afternoon. Heavy snow will move across east-central Saskatchewan tonight before tapering off Monday morning as the low moves into Manitoba.
Snowfall warnings are issued when 10 cm or more of snow is expected to fall within 12 hours.
Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
