Special Weather StatementIssued at 15:37 Sunday 17 November 2019
A low pressure system from the US eastern seaboard could hit Southern Quebec with a mixed bag of precipitation Monday evening. Precipitation is expected to begin as freezing rain before changing to snow overnight or Tuesday morning. Freezing precipitation amounts could be significant over a few areas, making roads and other surfaces slippery.
The exact track of this system remains uncertain and, as a result, so do the areas at risk. More details will be provided in future forecasts.
