Special Weather Statement

Issued at 04:45 Sunday 17 November 2019

A low pressure system from the U.S. eastern seaboard could hit Southern Quebec with a mixed bag of precipitation Monday evening. Precipitation is expected to begin as freezing rain before changing over to snow Tuesday morning. Ice accretion could be significant in a few areas making roads and other surfaces slippery.

The exact track of this system remains uncertain and, as a result, so do the areas at risk. More details will be provided in future forecasts.
