Hazardous winter conditions are expected.
A robust frontal system is passing through the north coast regions of BC.
Snow, heavy at times, will continue for the Stewart region. 45 cm have already fallen, and another 10 to 20 cm is forecast to fall this morning.
As the frontal system moves further inland, temperatures are expected to rise to above freezing by midday. At this point the heavy snow will turn to rain.
Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
