Mild Flooding in the Peterborough area (downtown in 'the avenues'). Peterborough Ontario has had flooding problems for years. The city council keeps claiming to fix it but never has. Proof in the video. And this was not a 'Freak' storm. This happens a couple times a year. Its not severe but its enough to make residents spend hundreds of dollars a year on basement protection.
