Motor touring the Pacific Northwest this week. The entire region is smoke-covered and many major wildfires are raging. We went through Twisp, WA, on Wednesday noon. 3 firefighters were killed later that afternoon. This blaze was adjacent to the North Cascades highway on the western slopes.
