...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Neches River Near Alto affecting Trinity, Anderson, Cherokee andHouston Counties.Neches River Near Diboll affecting Trinity, Angelina, Houston,Tyler and Polk Counties.Neches River Near Neches affecting Anderson, Cherokee and HoustonCounties.For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Neches River near Diboll.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of boat ramps,paths, and trails. Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.3 feet.- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 8:15 PM CDT Monday was 14.6 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.1 feetSaturday evening.- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of14.3 feet on 06/05/2017.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
