Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flooddeaths occur in vehicles.Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize thedangers of flooding.Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drivecars through flooded areas.Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.The next statement will be issued this afternoon at 500 PM EDT.
