* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground levelpossible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Mary's County.* WHEN...From late Thursday night through Friday morning,especially around the time of high tide. High tide at ColtonsPoint is at 4:55 AM early Friday morning. High tide at PineyPoint is at 4:19 AM early Friday morning. High tide at PointLookout is at 3:29 AM overnight Thursday night.* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint GeorgeIsland, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To theeast, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.Mary's River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to two feet above normal. Thereis uncertainty in how much water levels increase through Friday.
