As the Road Alerts Service becomes more popular, more roads will be added to the map. Stay tuned for updates!
When will the Alerts be sent to me?
The Alerts will be sent within a short period after the closure has happened or is announced.
Can I get this service from my cellular provider?

How much does it cost?
Each Alert will cost $0.25 and be billed directly from your service provider. You will only be sent Alerts in the case of serious road obstructions or delays in your area. Regular daily traffic flow will not be considered an Alert.
What is Text Messaging?
Text messaging, or SMS (Short Message Service) as it is known in other parts of the world, allows you as a mobile wireless customer to quickly send, receive and view short text messages using your wireless phone's keypad and screen. It's fun, discreet, secure, fast, and easy to use!
What is a Short Code?
Short Codes are a new way to use Text Messaging, instead of sending messages to a 10-digit phone number, you send to a Short Code. These are five or six digits long and often spell a word or brand name. For our Road Alerts Service the short codes are:
76237 (ROADS) In English
76887 (ROUTES) In French
*Cellular service must be available in your area.
