The telescopes on the summit of Mauna Kea (elev. 13 796 feet - 4205 m) as seen from Sea Level (at the Beach Cafe of the Waikoloa Hilton, to be precise!) It is amazing that you can see them from that distance - the air was very clear! They are, left to right: (if my perspective's right) James Clerk Maxwell scope, the CANADA France Hawaii scope, the Subaru scope, and the two domes of the W.M. Keck observatory. I have been to the summit to visit them! An incredible experience (snow in Hawaii).
