The Sun is blazing and I'm loving it. I shot this image of our Sun with my specialized telescope. The dark heart shape spot is a Sunspot called AR 2529. This spot is large enough to be seen with the unaided eye when the Sun goes behind a thin set of clouds. DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN!! YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR VISION. This scope filters out all light except only a fraction of a single wavelength of light from our star, showing only the hydrogen in her.
