There is no better outdoor activity to get some vitamin D, than spending the day at the beach. Here on Lake Huron the beach was packed as thousands of vacationers spent the day sunning themselves, swimming in lake Huron or playing games on the beach. Sauble beach is an eleven kilometer long sandy beach with warm water and shallow water that stretches out one hundred feet from the beach giving vacationers plenty of space to play on the beach.
