I've been seeing this picture pop up on facebook a few times in the last few days. Its a memorial on Hwy 11 between Sylvan Lake,AB and Red Deer,AB to the 116,000 soldiers that have lost their lives in defence of our country since WW1. 116 Canadian flags to represent the 116,000 soldiers. If you look to the right side of the picture you will see two flags at half mast to represent Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent and Cpl. Nathan Cirillo.
