Along the shoreline in Gananoque last week, we witnessed at least 6 American Bald Eagles flying around and retrieving fish from the open water, along side the ducks and geese. There was one yearling that had not yet lost their baby feathers to the white head. They were huge and beautiful to watch. They follow the open water for food. We were captivated at the sight, yet people walking along did not even notice.
