I got to the Nonquon/Port Perry lagoons early this morning to beat the rain. The swans were just waking up and preening for the day. The largest of the 3 cygnets gave me a good wing shot. You can se that the wingtips are beginning to show the flight feathers are really growing. The family is sleeping on the service roads now. A good sign that the cygnets are felt to be self sufficient. Makes it easier to get a few pics too.
